Cave Explorer - Update!

Hi!

I received so many feedback for Cave Explorer so I decided to push it a bit further.

Version 2 is likely to be the final version of the game. What you can expect from it :

• Updated graphics (we finally feel like we swim in a cave). I made a few experiments with procedural algorithms to make the background and the cave border more diverse. 
• Updated patterns. This version is a mix of handcrafted patterns (for the beginning) + a procedural algorithm for scheduling pre-defined patterns in such a way the resulting pattern is interesting.
• Difficulty balancing. Beginning of the game is much easier and educational, with training phases in order to introduce smoothly most patterns. However, it is possible to skip this part of the game by selecting "HARD" difficulty mode on the main title screen.

Originally, I also wanted to update the musics but I want to start working on other things, and since the music was well received, I think I will keep it as it is for now (I was a bit surprised because I never composed musics at all :p).
